Miles Loft will bring you a waterfront, peaceful, private and romantic experience. 1/1, 500 sq ft Loft located on 2nd floor with expansive views of a 39 acres ski lake. Independent standing structure, no shared walls.

Located in Central Tampa, the heart of Carrollwood, right off Dale Mabry on a dead end street that is super mature trees, birds and peaceful surroundings. You feel tucked away and it’s quiet! You will be close to lots of both chain and privately owned award winning restaurants, lots to do, 20 mins from downtown south Tampa, water street, Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, 10 mins from Raymond James, 15 mins from Moffitt, 40mins from beach! Fancy international mall is 20 mins away, Hyde park village 20 mins away.

This Loft is free standing, no shared walls, 70 feet from a Private dock on the property that I can provide access to upon request.

Appointed with high quality linens, towels, robes, and products - all the essentials that make a place feel like home.

Whole house soft water filtration system- don’t worry ladies no minerals here to ruin your colored hair!

I provide little details like sunscreen, perfume, quality soaps, paper products, laundry detergent, as you’ll have a full size washer and dryer. Each nightstand has a usb charging block, 2 tower fans for ladies that love a lot of fan. You’ll have full control of AC and Heat.

Complimentary fishing poles and tackle box.

Brand new everything - kitchen has a air fryer, blender, toaster, k-cup coffee machine, drip coffee machine, coffee provided, truvia sweetener, tea, hot water kettle, basic oils and spices for cooking, dishwasher, garbage disposal, reverse osmosis drinking water (built into kitchen faucet), and an indoor smokeless grill.

Pet fee: $65 per dog. Please let me know the breed/weight and if your dog sheds low, moderate or high. High shedding breeds (ie. goldens, German shepherds) require approval before booking and are subject to $100 fee. Please let me know if you intend to bring a dog and if they shed. We take deep cleaning & appropriate fabric protection very seriously before and after a dog stays. Thank you for understanding.

Ask me about access to main house dock (the dock with a roof) to fish. It’s a small fee of $25 and will be a private experience as the dock is part of my personal home but I don’t use it when we have guests :)

Luggage drop off okay, just let me know what time.

Located on a dead end street in a quiet oasis, nestled overlooking Bay Lake. You can get food delivery here and there is no problem if you bring 2 cars.

Surrounded by sounds of birds, you’ll enjoy your private, shaded, water view balcony for evening wine or morning coffee.

This adorable house was built in honor of one of the original owners of our property, dating back to 1951: Earl Miles- whom was a pioneer in US aviation history. Known to be a great friend of Amelia Earhart. He proposed to his wife, Maude while upside down flying and wouldn’t flip back right side up until she said yes. Both a lover of nature, Maude won awards for her flower arrangements in Tampa. For this, we call it Miles Loft.

We have lots of wildlife, endangered eagles reside near our property, we have ducks, pairs of cranes visit, lots of cardinals & blue jays, we love all our beautiful birds.
