Feierliche Eröffnung-Little Harbour Townhome-Strand-2 Pools-Marina / Bootfahren-Angeln

Unser gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es verfügt über neue Esszimmerstühle, ein Sofa und einen Liebessitz, die im März 2019 gekauft wurden, 4 Terrassen, 2 mit Blick auf den Hafen (wo Seekühe und Delfine schwimmen), 4 Fernseher, Kabel, Internet, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Granit und Edelstahl Haushaltsgeräte. Fliesen- und Holzböden im gesamten Gebäude. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Himmelbett und en-suite Bad, hat das 2. Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad, und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und befindet sich neben dem Haupt-Bad entfernt. Das Sofa zieht in einen bequemen Queen-Size-Schläfer. Außerdem haben wir eine Königin Luftmatratze zur Verfügung und ein Pack n Play.

Die townhome ist im Resort & Club at Little Harbor, die direkt auf Tampa Bay zwischen Tampa und Sarasota, aber weg von den Massen ist.

Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter von unserem Haus. Direkt am Strand Sie Full-Service-Restaurant zu essen den ganzen Tag, die Tiki-Bar mit Live-Unterhaltung, und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge über Tampa Bay genießen. Die Gemeinde bietet einen Privatstrand, beheizte Pools, eine Feuerstelle im Freien, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze, ein Fitnesscenter, Basketball, Volleyball, einen Spielplatz, einen Jet-Ski-Verleih, Bootfahren, 2 Yachthäfen mit Slips und einen Angelsteg.

Great home, confusing neighborhood

The actual townhome was lovely – really well kept, nice finishes and plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had what we needed to make a quick dinner and a couple breakfasts, and the balconies off the living space bedrooms were really nice. Note though that it is a 3-story townhome (the first floor is a garage) so you're met with a lot of steps. My only reason for removing 1 star was that it was pretty confusing getting around the property. There are "no parking, violators will be towed" signs everywhere, and it's not really clear what's considered part of the property vs private spaces owned by other buildings, so I was never sure where it was OK to park. With small kids and older parents with me, the walk to the beach and pool were a bit too far to walk, so this parking issue came up a lot.The facilities at the beach were confusing as well. Maybe it was the time of year, but the bathrooms at what I guess is the beach club were closed. The beach itself was great – soft sand and gentle waves and shallow for a good long ways, great for younger kids.Overall, would highly recommend this rental for maybe a couples getaway (plenty of space to spread out!) but with less-mobile guests, having to drive to to the beach and pool was a little tedious.

The perfect family getaway in Ruskin, Florida!

Our family vacation at this incredible townhouse, was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful details, and unbeatable comfort that this property offered.The townhouse was immaculate, with a decor that made us feel right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. We loved spending our mornings exploring the area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They truly made us feel like VIPs. Every question was answered promptly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This townhouse exceeded every expectation and was the perfect backdrop for creating lasting family memories. We’re already planning our next visit and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Amazing property

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. From the adorable decorations on the inside to the amazing comfortable beds! We were also impressed with how many items the place had that you need for every day vacation living! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, baking wear, and more just like at home! I got up every morning and was able to make us real meals. We will definitely be coming back to this place for another family vacation!

Perfect location - wonderful space

Staying anywhere with little ones can be a challange. This beautiful townhome felt like home, we didn't want to leave. The attention to detail and cleaning was so appreciated. The furniture has been updated and is nicer than in the pictures (now leather style sofas). We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for us to make meals there. The location was easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. The manatee viewing in Apollo Beach was close and fun, but we probably got better views from the balconies in the mornings. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balconies. The hosts were responsive and helpful - we were a bit all over the place as we are exploring the area to move. We extended our stay, the hosts were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach was closed after the last storm and had not recovered by the time we visited. We enjoyed the restaurant with the beach view. My husband enjoyed the gym, the babies and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water. The bar nextdoor to the pool also had good food. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Nice Getaway

I visited this condo with 4 friends. It was beautiful!! The balconies facing the water were so relaxing and we saw manatees every day! The bedrooms were all big and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked for use. Check in and entry was so easy. Julie gave some great suggestions. The beaches are about a 30 minute drive but it was not bad at all. We only tried one restaurant on site and it was good. We did have an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable but I contacted the host and she was trying to work on it. I would’ve given it 5 overall stars if we were at least offered a couple nights or even one night refund. It was hot! Overall, if you want to be in the middle of action this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing time this is perfect!

Beautiful home, great views, a relaxing place

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.

Manatees, Dolphins, and Relaxation, Oh My!

This was such a hidden treasure! Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!).

Beautiful stay

The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie.
