The Space:

Soft Florida light filters through the windows as you settle into a space designed for easy days and unhurried evenings. Mornings move at your pace here - coffee brewed in the kitchen, a quiet moment on the patio, and the comfort of knowing everything you need is close at hand. Whether you are visiting Tampa’s nearby attractions or simply taking a break from routine, this first-floor unit offers a calm, practical home base.



The space

This entire rental unit is located on the first floor, making arrivals and daily comings and goings simple. Inside, you will find four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The layout offers privacy for everyone while still feeling connected, making it well suited for families or groups traveling together. The living area is roomy enough for shared time, whether that is watching TV, planning the day, or winding down in the evening.



Living, kitchen, and dining

The living space flows into a full kitchen and dining area designed for everyday use. You have room to prepare simple meals, enjoy takeout from nearby spots, or gather around the table for a relaxed dinner. A breakfast nook adds another casual place to sit and start the day. Laundry is easy during longer stays thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer.



Outdoor space and community amenities

Just off the living area, a small private patio offers outdoor seating for two - a quiet spot for morning coffee or a brief pause in the fresh air. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Location

The unit is conveniently located near the University of South Florida and within a short drive of popular attractions such as Busch Gardens, MOSI, and local parks. Grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads are close by, making it easy to explore the surrounding area or keep daily plans simple.



Comfort and convenience

Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and long-term stays. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and towels are provided, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival. Free parking on the premises adds another layer of convenience.

Guest Access:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
