The Space:

Sunlight streams through the living‑room windows, inviting you to sink into the spacious sofa after a day of exploring nearby parks and attractions. A gentle breeze drifts from the small patio, where a pair of chairs await a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside, the open layout feels both roomy and cozy, perfect for families or groups who want to gather, relax, and feel right at home.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and convenience. The beds are comfortably sized for a restful night, and the shared living area provides ample space for everyone to unwind together.



Outdoor living

We do not provide access to the community amenities. Parking is simple with three visitor‑labeled spots on a first‑come, first‑served basis.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen stocked with essential appliances lets you whip up simple meals, while a breakfast nook offers a sunny spot for casual dining. A separate dining area comfortably seats the whole family for shared meals and conversation.



Living space

The large living area accommodates the entire group, with a comfy sofa and entertainment options for relaxed evenings. Large windows frame views of the quiet neighborhood, enhancing the airy feel of the first‑floor unit.



Neighborhood & nearby attractions

Located in Lutz, the home sits just five minutes from the University of South Florida (2.2 mi) and eight minutes from MOSI (4.2 mi). Busch Gardens Tampa is a short 11‑minute drive (4.5 mi), while Takomah Trail Park (5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 mi) provide easy access to nature trails and outdoor recreation.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
