PARKING

The apartment is located on the main building, you will need a control to get into the private parking and a parking pass to park during your stay. Instructions on how to get them will be provided upon arrival.

You can park too on the the guest 's spaces that are located street side on 2nd Av. and 25th av. However, we highly recommend you to park only in the Lector resident garage.

All guest must have their parking pass clearly displayed on your vehicle windshield to avoid towing. The parking enforcement is very strict on this, if you leave your car unattended on a parking space that are not on the surroundings of the 2409 or 2450 buildings and without the parking pass you will be tow under your own expense.

If parking guest are not available, guest will need to park within the Ybor Community adhering to local parking ordinances. Guest may not park in any surface lots or in the garage overnight.

The apartment is not suitable for Infants (Under 2) : we would love to to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn't baby-proofed and we don't have baby specific furniture (crib, changing table ) if you bring your own, we would be happy to host your stay.

Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment please don't smoke.

We provide a dust pan, broom and vacuum cleaner, you can find it on the big closet next to the kitchen, please use them carefully.

We provide a few trash bag for the bathrooms and bigger bins (gray and black). we think that they are enough for your stay, kindly we ask that if you need more trash bags bring your own.

We will provide and initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. dishwasher, hand Soap, laundry pods and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Additional household items will be purchased by the guest.
For longer-term stays over a week feel free to contact us if you required to refresh them.

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee

We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as oil, spices etc. napkins. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you are interested on cook.
● Absolutely NO PARTIES of any size - violators may be asked to leave without a refund○ Each violation of this rule will result in a fine of $250
●NO GUESTS at any time, only occupants listed on the Airbnb reservation are allowed onsite. Each violation of this rule will result in a fine of $250
●NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind on property grounds - inside or outside ○ Each violation of this rule will result in a fine of $550
●Excessive noise is not allowed at any time of day, Each Noise violation will result in fines ranging from $250 - $500
