When we first got to the house we found there was a security system that no one told us about which thankfully was able to be disarmed in time by using the door code. A lot of the surfaces in this home had a thick layer of dust on them. The air conditioning ducts were dirty and would blow out black dust chunks. The back slider door is ridiculously hard to open and should be replaced. The master bedroom is missing two electrical outlet covers which is a hazard and probably a safety violation. Also one of the spare bedrooms is missing a smoke detector. I found trash and broken glass all over in the backyard which I cleaned up. The pool area was very disorganized and dirty which I cleaned and tried to straighten up. The neighborhood is pretty loud. There is a neighbor across the street that fires up his Nissan sports car all the time. One side neighbor decided to dismantle his trampoline which was very loud for some reason. The other side neighbor has a sound system on his back patio and listens to tv or music back there. The air conditioning stopped working twice and we found that the system was extremely dirty and needed to be cleaned. This was quite annoying due to the hot temperatures.The property manager was difficult to get ahold of and doesn’t respond to texts during the day only phone calls, they probably should mention that in their notes. The owner wanted to show the house while we were staying in it, which seemed weird.I would spend more money and stay somewhere else.

We booked a house with 2 queen beds and one room with 2 twin beds. The twin beds were replaced by a very flimsy futon so one brother had to sleep in the living room. The thin blanket on the futon was not adequate and there was no blanket for the couch. We had to buy blankets. The alarm system went off several times and caused us worry in case someone was coming into the house when we were not there. Pool was very cold. We would not stay there again.

This was perfect for our family vacation over the New Year. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the patio/pool area the most. This house is in a great neighborhood and close to grocery store for items we needed. I would recommend to a friend.

I am highly disappointed in this rental. I contacted the property manager the day we arrived to say we had no drinking glasses and the next morning that we had no pool towels. I wouldn't have reserved a place with a pool if we didn't want to use it. On Saturday, I said we would take regular towels since they said pool towels were out of season. On Monday, after another call I was notified they ordered some from Amazon. Finally received them late Tuesday. Along with the fact that The birdcage had missing screens, string lights half hanging and a safety issue especially for children. Windows without screens so no fresh air. And lastly the place smelled like smoke. Due to all of this I would like half of what I paid back $900.

It wasn’t the worst nor best. We were not informed of the damage due to hurricanes. No discount or refund. There was no grill, very limited kitchen supplies, horrible toilet paper and the Edison pool lights were in pool and we almost got electrocuted.Definitely could use some landscaping and paver cleaning and weeding around the pool. We were not made aware there was alarm and it went off upon check in.

The pool was dirty. A group of aliens were at the property when i arrived. Their boss didn't tell them to move out at 10am. They were digging in the garbage for their belongings They didn't speak English. So it was scary. Otherwise I loved the place

The property was very clean, spacious and had just about everything we need to have fun. The only complaint is the first bathroom toilet does not flush well and the dryer does Not work However, it is an excellent place to relax for a perfect pool get away!

The place was great. The pool and patio area were perfect for spending time together and visiting after hitting Spring games each day. We cooked most meals together, so the kitchen (though a little sparse) was perfect and everything works great. Good location, central to the ball fields we planned to hit, a Publix 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed the place.

The house suited our needs. Enjoyed sitting poolside but beach towels would have been appreciated. We did not want to take our bath towels out. There were no directions given for the alarm system and we set it off at 1:00 in the morning but figured it out. Also it would be nice to have some Kleenex in the bathrooms or bedrooms. And some better pillows! Was perfect for our weekend getaway!

No flat sheets 3rd BR. Back door doesn’t lock. Dryer only works on timer setting. No instructions for alarm going off upon initial entry. Not enough towels for 6 people. No drinking cups. Pool bottom dirty. 2nd BR tv was not installed. Neighbor had parties F/Sat but we are asked not to. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 night stay for 6 people. Outside trash container had trash from prior guests. 2nd BR bed very uncomfortable for 2 adults. Rugs appeared dirty in 2nd bathroom. Bring your own board games - only 1 in rental.

We loved the area. Close to family, quiet neighborhood and such a positive booking and check in process. A couple of things that would have improved our stay. We did not know there was an alarm. We arrived from airport at midnight and the alarm went off. Not being familiar with this we were trying to shut off and finally figured it out. The neighbors probably were not happy with us. We purchased a toaster and pool was not vacuumed. Although it was too cold to go in. The patio roof leaked in several places so could not sit out there when raining. Which it did for two days straight. Overall I highly recommend this home and hopefully will be able to afford to stay there again.
