A king, two queens, a full-and-twin bunk and queen sleeper sofa offer flexible sleeping within the ten-guest maximum. A private two-car garage and extra parking are included. Drip and K-Cup coffee makers, coffee, a high chair and in-unit laundry make family stays easier.

FOUR BEDROOMS IN A THREE-STORY TOWNHOME
The South Tampa home accommodates up to ten with one king bed, two queen beds, a full-and-twin bunk and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath, including a shower/tub combination. Stairs connect the three levels. Linens, towels and starter bath essentials are provided.

GAMES, SMART TVs & PRIVATE BALCONY
Play the Pac-Man arcade machine, shuffleboard or board games, with Connect Four and tailgate games included in the existing offer. Smart TVs are provided in the bedrooms and living room; use your own streaming accounts. Relax on the private balcony or gather in the open living/dining space.

KITCHEN & FAMILY COMFORT
The full kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, wine fridge, cookware, dishes, baking trays and an air fryer. Drip and K-Cup coffee makers and starter coffee are provided. The dining table seats six. A high chair, Pack 'n Play, Wi-Fi and in-unit washer/dryer support family stays; request infant equipment ahead to confirm availability.

GARAGE, EXTRA PARKING & PETS
Each townhome has its own private garage at the back; drive to the rear to access this unit's garage. Two additional spaces are described beside the garage entrance. Up to two pets require prior approval and a $125 fee per pet, per stay.

SOUTH TAMPA & ARRIVAL
The small townhome complex includes both residents and vacation guests and sits on a busier street. A car is recommended for Tampa dining, downtown, sports venues and trips farther around Tampa Bay; Gulf beaches require a drive. The booking guest must be at least 25. Complete the digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie online before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete them.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
