The place was very nice, clean, and much more spacious than expected. There was plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

The owner was very nice and fair with his rules of the townhome. The house was very clean and spacious. There is stores within a 5-8min walk which was very convenient.it was also a lot of blankets for convenience as well in the home.

The property is being renovated from the looks of it. The property had a lot of dead roaches on the bottom floor, the bedding was left inside the dryer. A homeless man sleep outside in the parking lot all night long. There was no toilet paper inside of one of the bathrooms.

I would have given it 5-stars but there was a tiny hiccup with the air conditioning system. I own the same interface on the thermostat but for some reason right after the a/c finished making the rooms cold the heating would kick on right after... Which made it ridiculously hot for those staying downstairs room which had no ceiling fan in the room but eventually, we just made sure to shut down the entire system after it finished cooling to avoid the heater. There was an incident with our neighbor which was out of our owners control but it was a little annoying to have sheriffs block off the entire street for a good 4 hour investigation. You can’t help what others living beside you choose to do with their lives, so I will not hold this against the property owner. I’m sure he took a chance on someone who decided to take advantage of his property. Pros: loved the heated toilet inspired me to want to upgrade my own. It’s in the center of town which has plenty of food options, shopping centers, and street vendors. If you’re not used to a diverse community, cultures this place might be a lil off putting to you. The beaches are either 20-40 minute drive depending which one you want to go to. As well as, touristy areas. Ultimately, we enjoyed it. My kids loved the stairs and openness in the townhome. Value for your money.

I would not recommend this property. We arrived after check-in time and still had not received any check-in instructions despite the host previously stating they would be provided. Multiple calls and messages went unanswered. Upon arrival, a man who was not the owner and spoke very little English was sent to let us into the property. He confirmed he was not the host and knew nothing about the reservation, which created a significant safety concern.Once inside, we found dirty dishes left in the sink and clothing still in the washer and dryer, indicating the property had not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests. We immediately contacted the host and VRBO regarding these issues. Although the host eventually arrived and cleaned the property, the initial condition of the rental, lack of communication, and uncertainty surrounding access to the home had already caused us to lose confidence in the stay. We ultimately chose to leave and find other accommodations for the night at additional expense.Communication, cleanliness, and guest safety are basic expectations for any rental, and unfortunately this experience fell short in all three areas.
