On the Expedia website, you will see views of the beach, a well-kept neighborhood, and a chic townhouse that supports a family going on vacation. In reality, there was no view to look at, the townhomes in the area were all run-down, including this one. The exterior of this home in particular had an unkempt lawn and gray splotches on the wall. This greatly disappointed me, as showing an unkept stay to my family, especially to my daughter, whom I dedicated this trip to, made it seem as though I did not put any thought into this trip. We thought that the backyard would have been better, only to be proven wrong even further. The backyard has a surplus of weed and insects, there were cracks, and overall, I did not feel comfortable exposing my family to the unpredictability of that part of home. For someone who wants their clients to communicate any issues with the utilities, and is open to improving these issues, the lister did not manage to fix that issue for the next clientele- which was us. This applies to the downstairs toilet seat that tilted to the left as someone got up, the stair railings that were loose, and the staircases that had dirt and grime on them. My daughter brought this up with me on Wednesday, but above us were signs of water damage. There just is not enough space to all of the issues associated with this place, so I will turn my review into a document.
