The Space:

You step into a bright, first‑floor retreat where the open living space invites you to unwind after a day of exploring Lutz. Sunlight streams through the windows, highlighting the comfortable seating that easily fits the whole family, while a small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two to sip coffee or enjoy a sunset. The full kitchen, complete with a breakfast nook, feels ready for simple meals and shared moments around the dining table. Here, the blend of spaciousness and cozy touches creates a home‑like feel for any length of stay.

Four queen‑size bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving everyone privacy and convenience. The layout provides ample room for families or groups, and the comfortable beds promise restful nights.

The large living area accommodates gatherings, and the adjacent patio with outdoor seating for two adds a touch of fresh air. Community amenities include a pool for a splash on warm days, a nearby gym, and a clubhouse with a lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill—perfect for staying active or enjoying a casual barbecue.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
