The entire house is yours, but sleeping arrangements are in accordance with guest numbers, so please enter the correct guest number at booking.

1~2 guests: 1 master bedroom with 1 queen bed.
3~4 guests: 1 master bedroom/1 queen bed + 1 guest room/1 double beds
5 guests: Both bedrooms + one single futon/mattress

It can get extremely cold in winter - below 10°C and roads are covered by snow, when that happens studless tyres or chains become necessary. Depending on the season, you might find fruits in the garden, please feel free to enjoy them. Our ecosystem here needs your attention and protection: please do not collect/catch/harm any living things. For staying with pets - each pet is counted as one adult, please enter the correct guest number when you book. We will provide 1 standard litter box, please feel free to bring your own when necessary. Pet waste can be flushed in the toilet. Extra charge occurs for damage or cleaning issues caused by pets.
