Although the house was further out of the city (Tokyo), the neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and within a 10 minute walk to a main train station. My only suggestion….place a sofa or seating in the room next to the kitchen and move the tv in the same room. Great stay overall! “

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the house to the station, as the host accurately noted.The house is clean and functional, with a washer/dryer which came in very handy. „My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.“
