„The rooms were bigger than usual double rooms in tokyo, which was a relief. The staff couldn't provide adapters so we had to buy one in the city. The staffs english wasn't good but it was not really a big problem. The biggest problem was the pachinko-slot right next to the hotel, even with closed windows you couldn't overhear the pachinko sounds next door. „Communication was wonderful and the property was more than promised. As US residents and first time visitors to Japan, it took a little time to understand the functions of the space. After a couple of hours all became crystal clear. We cooked in all evening meals, the kitchen is very comfortable and stocked abundantly with utensils and bar ware. Good neighborhood shopping within walking distance as well as metro station. We spent 5 days here and ventured out by rail every day.“
