„The location is great—just a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The area is extremely quiet, and the heat worked very well during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean overall.The online photos do differ somewhat from what is actually in the house. There is a sectional upstairs near the bedrooms that is separated into pieces and takes up a lot of space; removing it would make the area feel more open. „Didn’t use the pool, laundry service or hot tub. Just enjoyed the mountains and family time. The only negative was that there was only one queen size blanket in the two king bedrooms. It was a cotton waffle weave that was not very warm. Everything else we needed was supplies and the condo was clean. The electric fireplace was great!“

„Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom ...

Townsend is known as “The Peaceful Side” of the Smoky Mountains and it sure fit the bill. We made great memories and would rebook with this cabin. James the host did a wonderful job with communicating with us and setting up the perfect landing pad. We will be back! “

„It looked and functioned as advertised. Great secluded spot with good views. Great for privacy and quiet times. Close enough to attractions to enjoy them but we chose it for the privacy and game room to keep kids entertained without having to go out too often. Clean and stocked with what we needed. Hot tub worked well. New Blackstone Grill worked well. “
