„This stay really exceeded my expectations. It was a lot better than I expected: very clean and well stocked. The lake was really fun for my kids with a beach and floating island. Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. “

„This place is fantastic! All the space you could need inside and out. Stunning views, extremely comfy beds & an amazing host as well!! We stayed here for 7 nights, it was hot& humid! The Aircon was definitely needed. We sat on the screened porch, relaxed down on the dock & we swam in the river! Can't recommend it enough! Due to the steepness of the site, definitely not suitable for those with mobility issues though. But without the steepness it wouldn't be so much fun!!“

„This place is awesome, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and well kept. Kelly the property owner is very responsive and a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions to help make the week great. We also rented a pontoon boat from the owner and that went very smooth and made the trip perfect. 5 stars all around. Thanks for a great vacation!!“

„ Home is in need of a deep cleaning to remove animal hair from couches and other areas. Random garbage in cabinetry and under furnishings from past tenants. Was never given check in info until hrs after check in once i wrote the host directly it took another hr or so to gain access after arriving. “

„This is our fourth Postcard Cabins stay (second in Talledega) and we are fans for life. We love the feeling of total removal from normal life; never having to see/speak to other people and just being completely alone. It's the most rejuvenating getaway for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a retreat and unplugging!“

„This is our third year in a row renting this cabin. We enjoy the quiet and relaxing cove. It is a good distance from the town, so make sure you take what you need. The boat dock is GREAT and accommodates our ski and Jon boat. We bring our paddleboard and enjoy paddling through this cove. The owners have 2 kayaks you can use as well. “
