Very disappointing to come to the hotel very late in the evening after a long travel and then be informed that we could not stay at the hotel. They helped us to find another hotel. Friendly people, but in this case we could not rely on a booking made at hotels.com. We would appreciate a compensation. We ought to rely on hotels.com."

Tek eksik olarak gördüğüm evde yemek hazırlayabilmek adına set üstü ocak yoktu. Bu sebeple yemeği dışarıda yemek zorunda kalıyorsun. "Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. Il problema è stato comunque risolto: ci hanno portato e preparato un nuovo letto con lenzuola e asciugamani. La...
