„Very nice experience“

„Great place for families!“

„This was a perfect place to experience Japan. It had traditional Japanese accomodations and food but also with many high tech conveniences. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis to easily visit locations like the imperial palace or the Bamboo Forest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great experience in Kyoto. “

„We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the Mogana Hotel in Kyoto. We stayed in room 701 which was spacious and had a balcony. The room was well appointed - water, juices, tea and coffee were replenished each day. The staff was very attentive and spoke very good English. „Top“

„Big room but less space for clothes or work on desk / table ( e.g. laptop). Breakfast they offer three styles, japanese, pancake, western, but are flexibel, that's good. Breakfast Service people not good organized. Overall optical is exzellent but details not good organized“

„Very nice rooms, good location and great service.“

„Super“

„They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby.“

„It is one of the best hotels in Kyoto“

„Alles war wunderbar. Schönes, großes Zimmer und alles sauber. Gratis Kaffee in der Lobby 😃“
