„Frisch renovierte, luxoriöse Familienzimmer mit Tee, Wasser, Kekse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Restaurantempfehlung (King's Head), schöner Park, fantastisches Frühstück, obwohl gerade die Küche (schick) renoviert wird. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil wir das Duxford Museum besuchen wollten. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Bahn. Dennoch waren wir nicht durch Lärm gestört. Das Hotel ist modern, zweckmäßig, sauber und sehr angenehm. Mit dem Taxi (8 Pfund) kommt man schnell zum Museum. Das ist wichtig, weil es keine öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung an das Museum gibt. Der Taxifahrer hat ubns mitgeteilt, dass dieses Hotel das nächstgelegene zum Museum ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel ...

„Wir waren für eine Woche in Stevenage (2 Erwachsene + Kind). Leider wurden wir am vierten Urlaubstag beim Ausflug Opfer eines miesen Taschendiebbetruges. Jegliche Dokumente und Geld befanden sich in der Tasche. Als das Hotelmanagment davon erfuhr, wurde uns ab sofort eine unentgeltliche Verpflegung angeboten. Plus dazu haben wir auch noch Bargeld von Hotel erhalten. So was haben wir noch nie von jemanden gehört und auch nie damit gerechnet. Total menschlich und überdurchschnittlich Mitfühlend! ...

„Gehobenes, komfortables Hotel, welches in Aussehen und Leistung den Erwartungen der Kette entspricht. Man erhält natürlich keinen individuellen Charme, hat aber ein modernes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, welches imm Zielort der Geschäftsreise liegt. Frühstückbuffet exzellent. Die Umgebung ist weniger aufregend, aber man hat in Gehweite ein offenes Einkaufszentrum und wäre, bei Bedarf, auch keine 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof mit Direktzug nach London entfernt (25 Minuten Reisezeit).“

„The hotel is in excellent condition and exudes a great flair. But unfortunately two negative points 1. It is on a busy road and therefore it is inevitably noisy. 2. The breakfast is mini and everything else costs extra. Unacceptable for the price.“
