„They barely talk to or greet you at the reception and everything is very transaction - which in some ways is actually kind of refreshing lol - but at the end of the day you expect at least a little bit of "niceties" or at least a smile when you leave the hotel. Nonetheless the room and facilities itself were excellent and all you could ask for. (except for the breakfast, but they don't claim they have more than toast, which they don't lol)“

„Wir hatten das teuerste Zimmer mit Fenster und Balkon. Das war gut, wenn auch ein bisschen eng. Man musste zwischen Bett und Fernseher seitlich gehen um zum Balkon zu kommen. Das Bad war super. Kühlschrank, Safe alles da. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber keine günstiger Kategorie empfehlen, da diese schon eher klein ist. Für Taipeh passt die Preis-/Leistung allerdings. „Our stay at the Shangri-La Far Eastern Taipei was overall very enjoyable, although the hotel is clearly showing its age. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but would greatly benefit from a complete renovation. The furnishings feel somewhat dated and no longer fully match the standard one would expect from a luxury hotel of this category. The staff deserve special recognition. „Wir haben insgeaamt 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, daher war unser Check-in nach Mitternacht auch ohne Probleme möglich.
