The space
The first floor is a studio;
The second floor is a living room common space + space for long-term roommates (one bathroom + one elegant room);
The third floor has a quadruple room + a double room + bathroom;
The fourth floor is for drying clothes, storage, and lounging.
Guest access
Guests will have access to two rooms (four people, double) and bathroom on the 3rd floor of the house;
The living room on the second floor is shared;
The kitchen on the first floor is shared;
Shared clothes drying area on the rooftop on the 4th floor.
Other things to note
No smoking in the room, please smoke on the 3rd floor, balcony on the 2nd floor.
If you have pets, please do not let them on the bed ~
