MANDATORY LOCAL TAX NOTICE:In compliance with Placer County regulations, a mandatory 12% local lodging tax is applied to all stays at this property. This total is comprised of the 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and the 2% North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment. These pass-through taxes are calculated on your booking subtotal (nightly rate + cleaning fee) and are explicitly broken out as a separate line item at checkout. All funds are held in trust and remitted directly to the county under our official registration (STR Permit: STR26-9960).
