„The property is beautiful, and the decorations for Noche de Ánimas were thoughtful. Although it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We were there for only one night - from the 29th to the 30th. I understand things happen; power cuts, amenity issues, etc, especially in a place that is overcrowded with tourists for only a few days a year. We didn’t have electricity or hot water from ~midnight to ~10am. The lady working there seemed annoyed that we were asking her for help. No “sorry” or any kind of ...

„While it was helpful that after a couple days in an extremely noisy room I was able to switch, what I ended up with was a room with a rather uncomfortable bed and, worst of all, no hot water. So for about 4 or 5 days of my stay I had to basically just quickly rinse off. Fine if I'm camping but not what I expect at a hotel. The location was handy but I'd never stay at this hotel again.“

„Horrible experience. The address listed here takes to an isolated place, the hotel never answered my calls or messages, I asked around and no one knew about this hotel, I had to travel back to a nearest city, really horrible experience do not stay here“

Freundliches Personal. Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war spitze. Insgesamt sehr ruhig ,eine Oase der Gemütlichkeit “

„Great location the facilities were fantastic. The staff was very helpful.“

„Staying at the hotel was a wonderful, relaxing experience throughout the entire four nights we were there. The owners and staff were very friendly, caring and helpful in organising local trips during our stay. The Mexican cooked breakfasts were superb - a great start to the day. The traditional room we booked was beautiful, spacious with hand painted tiles and sink in the bathroom. There was ample space to sit out on the veranda to pass the time overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Happily there ...
