Entrance E, the whole area, had a bad smell and in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, it stank of smoke, dead rat, and sweat. I called and asked for sir freshner, he said he would send it up.
I'm going to iron to change for our commitment, there's no ironing board. Called again, again he said he would send it over. But then he said he would change my room, I need to back to the front office. I was offered another room in the same E door area, I refused. He then gave me another room which had an ironing board but no microwave. We were running late for our commitment so we took the room so we can get ready.
When we finished our engagement, we decided to get our belongings from the room and check out. We did not even sleep there.
I'll give the worker some credit, he tried to give another room, (but in the same area) "bad choice". But it needs to get cleaned up, better lighting in the room and a hot breakfast would help instead of continental.
