„Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. “

„Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack!“

„As a positive, Ahmed replied quickly to our emails. We unfortunately had to leave after one night though b/c my husband and child are allergic to mold and there was a smell of rodent urine in the bathroom. While Ahmed said the cleaning crew would take care of the mold after we left, I’m guessing it’s prob related to another issue in the bathroom.Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. There was an A/C window unit in the smaller bedroom, but the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet ...

„We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully-decorated home close to SU athletic facility. It’s a clean, well-stocked rental with comfortable furnishings / king bed. Had trouble with heating the first night. The owner responded in the morning and switched off the programmed setting. We would stay here again when we come to visit family in the area.“

„The location was great. Its a very nice complex. Communication with the host was very good. The place was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The only small minus was the level of noice on the weekend nights in the main bedroom. I would think that would not be an issue at all durring winter. The convienience and set up of the apartment made up for it. “
