„Comfortable bed friendly staff“

„Convenient location for walks to the lake and visiting family! Host was accommodating by allowing us to use back alley exit. “

„We had the best week at sylvan lake at this property. The location was 10/10 and the house was perfect for our two families. There was lots of space for 8! We were here for SLHC and the kids lived their best lives. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back next year!!“

„Home as advertised and met our needs. Host responded promptly to our needs when door code wasn’t working which was much appreciated. “

„There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner, and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage. He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay.“

„Ok“

„The entire hotel including our room were incredibly clean and staff was sooooo friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast.“

„Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert, sehr schöne. Das Personal war nicht soooo motiviert, könnte besser sein. Super Parkplätze und Frühstück wie es so ist. Der Pool hatte ein leck und deshalb war er nicht geöffnet. Zum Leid unserer Kinder. Wir würden aber wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.“

„Great place, very clean, very friendly staff, nice pool area. We had a wonderful stay. “

„Good location for a stop to Edmonton/Calgary/Rockies. Breakfast was good and supermarkets are only a few minutes by car.“

„Sehr toll geführtes Hotel mit allem was es braucht! Vielleicht dies: Der Hot-Tube ist hot! 2 Grad zu heiss (für mich)!“
