Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We had a long weekend stay, the location is great and near the beach. The host was wonderful to deal with. She was polite, responsive, and did everything she could to be cooperative and helpful throughout our trip. The house itself has some great things going for it. The bedrooms were neat, they left out some good coffee for us, and the kids were thrilled with all the toys and games available to keep them busy. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware, though it definitely could use a few more pots and pans if you plan on doing real cooking. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the pantry and bedroom closets are kept locked, so you’ll want to bring your own baking ingredients and basic spices like salt and pepper.That being said, we did run into a few cleanliness issues that put a bit of a damper on our stay. We noticed spiderwebs both outside on the front porch and inside on the light fixtures, and the main-floor toilet definitely could have been cleaner. The biggest disappointment for us was the outdoor hot tub. We were counting on using it but it had sand in it and a green hue. We tried treating and sanitizing it exactly how the owner directed, but it just didn't work, so it ended up being completely unusable for our entire trip.The owner was understanding about the hot tub situation and kindly gave us a 100 refund.
