Please note: Ruby Ridge is located on a gravel road with an incline. Four-wheel drive is recommended year-round and required during the winter months.
1. No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
2. All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
3. Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
4. No parties.
5. Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup wipes are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
6. In accordance with North Carolina’s Vacation Rental Act, guests will be asked to review and sign our Property Management Rental Agreement prior to their stay.
