„This property did not disappoint! No detail was spared in making this the perfect spot for comfort and relaxation. And the views! The property was designed and situated to take advantage of panoramic scenery. Our fisherman were especially appreciative of the private boat ramp and dock. There were 3 couples and we all commented that you couldn’t go wrong with any of the 3 bedrooms….all 3 were comfortable and had their own baths. We will definitely stay again if back in the area. Awesome trip!“

„We now live out of state and traveled back to Chilton County to celebrate Mothers Day Weekend with family. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The house is wonderful and perfect for a weekend getaway or a week enjoying the water! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!“

„This home has a very relaxing atmosphere. It had comfortable beds and was clean. The lake was beautiful and a great spot to fish, kayak and swim. We had a wonderful time with our family here. We will definitely stay here again in the future.“

„The check in process was seamless. The house was clean and was exactly as described. The view was awesome. Husband caught (and released) many bass and bream from the dock. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. I have zero complaints.“

„Exactly what we hoped for. Wish we would have had more time than 2 nights. Did some fishing off the dock, enjoyed the peacefulness of the yard and the lake. Driveway is very steep but we knew this ahead of time so no issues.“

„Absolutely a great place any time of year. But we Really enjoyed the water activities this summer and was able to use the dock for our boat rental during our stay. Great dinner options around including some you can dock at. We mostly used the grill tho and it was amazing to enjoy . Thanks!!“

„It was decorated nicely and the host was very helpful. A few things needed some attention like toilet downstairs wasn't fastened good. And the stairs were a little scary and steep. Other then that we had a great time and it was right on the lake and we got to fish. We all had a great time.“

„I’ve stayed in all of Stewart’s properties and they don’t disappoint! Very attentive and there to assist with any issues. We enjoyed watching the sheep and burro in the fields…listening to the rooster crow in the am and the owl hooting at night. Comfortable nights under the porch just chatting. Highly recommended!“

„We had a great time with 3 kids, age 8-12. They were able to kayak and fish in the cove safely. Internet/tv was very limited/spotty at times. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for most groceries/restaurants.“

„This house was an amazing jewel to stay at! Fantastic location off the lake and close to Alabaster with an easy commute. Our group loved sitting by the fire each night and the amount of seating is perfect for a large group. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and the housekeeper came out immediately to assist. Great communication from owner.“

„What a lovely place! We were in the area to relax, fish, and take in a NASCAR race and this beautifully decorated, modern cottage was perfect. Everything you might need for a relaxing stay is provided. The location is rather remote, so plan ahead. It is well worth the drive and the directions are clear and accurate. We'll be back!!“

„We enjoyed our stay so much, the cottage is gorgeous! We kayaked, did a little fishing, roasted marshmallows over the fire, roasted hot dogs, and enjoyed some tv. I was able to cook a big dinner and we had everything we needed! My 4yr old enjoyed the coloring books. Everything was wonderful!“
