All this, whilst still maintaining a short distance to Wentworth Falls Village, Leura Mall, Upper- Mountains walking trails, spectacular look-outs, cafes and gorgeous boutique shops.

Arise to the ambient sound of native birds including the majestic Black Cockatoo, frequent visitors to these grounds. Here, lush garden views populate every window. A mixture of cascading ferns, rhododendrons, camelias and Spring-time cherry blossoms. The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your needs and we recommend evenings in the dining room, watching the sun gently set behind a backdrop of trees.

After a day of adventure and exploration, take a relaxing, warm soak in the bath tub. There are plenty of comfy little reading nooks to immerse yourself in a good book. The lounge area has a Smart HD television and soundbar. Curl up on the sofa as the mountain mist rolls in on a rainy day. Including, Netflix, Disney Channels and exclusive Samsung TV channels.

Minutes away from Wentworth Falls lake and close proximity to several outstanding Blue Mountains walking trails, including the infamous Charles Darwin walk and the Wentworth Falls waterfalls. The cottage is a short 10 minute drive to the Three Sisters, Katoomba.

Wentworth Falls & Leura Village are both an equal distance away of five- minutes, if driving, or approximately 30 minutes if walking. Spend a day exploring the local eateries, cafes, galleries and boutique shops.

For groceries & supplies in Wentworth Falls Village, The Lemon Tree Grocer is handy, D'Vine cellars and the notorious Patisserie Schwarz for baked goods. Otherwise Woolworths, behind Leura Mall has a larger selection.

A national highway and railway traverse the Blue Mountains and most of the town's accommodation is close to both. This includes the Yellow Feather Cottage, there being occasional noise now and again.

Owner's residence is on the property and a respectful distance away.
