The Space

Perfect for families and groups, our spacious beach home offers multiple living areas, generous bedrooms and effortless indoor-outdoor living—all just a five-minute flat walk to Avalon Village and six minutes to Avalon Beach.

Upstairs

The upper level features three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath, and a second living room stocked with books, games and children’s toys.

Main Living Level

The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor entertaining spaces.

The dining table can seat 12 guests, while the master suite offers a King bed and private ensuite.

Downstairs Retreat

Ideal for grandparents, teenagers or guests wanting extra privacy, the lower level includes a Queen bedroom, ensuite, separate living area and kitchenette with sink.

Outside you’ll find an undercover area with a table tennis table to keep everyone entertained.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy a spacious backyard beneath the gum trees, complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, trampoline and plenty of lawn for the kids to play. It’s the perfect place to relax with a coffee while listening to the native birdlife.
