Split over 3 levels this stunning home boasts all you could need for a relaxed stay, whether travelling as a family or a group of friends. The ground floor reveals a chic open-plan kitchen diner, perfect for days spent relaxing as a group. Polished wood floors reflect the light from the patio door connecting the elegant living space to the sun deck and alfresco living. Light spills further over the formal dining table, onto the grand kitchen island, illuminating the full kitchen. For more entertainment options to enhance your stay, there is a rumpus lounge with TV and plenty of space for games and activities. Spill out further into the private garden to enjoy a BBQ, or a dip in the pool and spa.

The four bedrooms of this property complete your luxurious escape. For the ultimate privacy, you'll find a private studio on the lower ground, boasting a Queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. This is the ideal escape for teens, grandparents or friends wanting their own space. A further ensuite master bedroom on the first floor boasts a king bed. Also on the first floor is a Queen bedroom and a King single room, with a playful climbing wall feature, as well as a trundle bed if you need additional space. There are also three bathrooms for the ultimate convenience during your stay.

This home offers the most amazing location. If you're an avid golfer, you're in the perfect place to practice, with the Bondi Golf and Diggers Club on your doorstep. If it's shopping, you're after, Bondi weekend markets are a must and they're an easy 10-minute walk from your door. Of course, the famous Bondi beach is just as close, and we couldn't recommend the mesmerising Bondi to Coogee coastal walk anymore!

The Neighbourhood
- Surfer or not, Bondi beach is a must. The golden sands and crystal-clear waters are the jewel of this coast or explore the stunning coastline on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
- Spend a day swimming with locals at Bondi Icebergs pool, a historic sea pool - the ideal place to cool off. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
- Visit Bondi Pavillion and stop into Promenade, a sprawling beachfront eatery complete with an ocean-facing verandah, a private dining grotto, and a sunny terrace bar, serving local bites to complement the sunny surroundings.
- For a great place to relax with a few drinks, head to Neighbourhood. It's laid-back Bondi at its stylish best, and the perfect place to sample a few choice cocktails.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.
