An entrance hallway leads you into an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with stylish polished concrete flooring throughout and wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon in both the bedroom and living rooms. There’s a rug for winter comfort, block-out blinds to control the light flow, a 3-seater sofa, a couple of low stools for extra seating and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV. The dining table seats 4 people, while the kitchen comes equipped with a Fisher & Paykel dish-drawer, a Bosch induction cooktop, Smeg electric oven/microwave, an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and soda stream. A door leads off this open-plan space to a balcony overlooking William Street to the left and the Forbes Street cul-de-sac to the right. There’s a drying rack for you dry your clothes there.



The apartment’s bedroom is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, its own wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon unit, built-in wardrobes, a block out blind and a nook that can be used as a work/study space. There’s a shower room just off the bedroom, and a separate toilet/basin are opposite



The Neighborhood:

Located in the ‘walkers paradise’ of buzzy Darlinghurst, everything you need is just a short stroll away, including supermarkets, shops and a great choice of eateries. There are lots of bar and nightclub options in nearby Kings Cross or Oxford Street, also home to Sydney’s world famous Mardi Gras Parade. Hyde Park is only 10 minutes away on foot, with Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) just on the other side of it. The beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens and Lady Macquarie Chair, set right on the harbour, are under 30 minutes’ walk away. St Vincents hospital, Cook & Phillip swimming pool, the Art Gallery of NSW/The Sydney Modern, National Art School and Boy Charlton swimming pool are all easy walks too.



Getting Around:

The apartment does not come with parking but there are bus services close. Kings Cross train station is only 7 minutes’ walk away.

* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
