KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before exploring the city or dinner at home: microwave, stove, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, serving bowls and baking trays. The dining table seats 6.

PRIVATE BALCONY
Relax on the private west-facing balcony with comfortable seating and uninterrupted Darling Harbour views. It is the perfect place for morning coffee, an evening drink or one of Sydney's spectacular sunsets while boats pass through the harbour.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, water views, TV and ensuite bathroom with bath. Bedroom 2 has a wardrobe and water views and is set as a king by default. It can be arranged as two single beds when requested at least 48 hours before arrival. A reconfiguration fee applies to requests made after check-in.

BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY
There are two modern bathrooms, including an ensuite with bathtub. Bathrooms include a shower, basin, toilet, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. The internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer and detergent.

PARKING AND ACCESS
One free secure underground parking space is included. The apartment is on Level 21 with lift access from the building entrance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The apartment is professionally cleaned after checkout. A guest booklet with arrival and stay information is sent on the morning of check-in.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in is after 3:00 pm and checkout is before 10:00 am. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No pets. No smoking. No parties, events, gatherings or get-togethers. Unauthorised visitors are not permitted. Please respect neighbours and maintain quiet enjoyment of the building.

FEES FOR LOST KEYS AND RULE BREACHES
Garage fob: AUD 350. Building fob: AUD 200. House key: AUD 100. Parties or gatherings may incur a minimum AUD 2,000 fee plus damages. Indoor smoking may incur AUD 500 plus smoke-treatment costs. Unauthorised guests may incur AUD 100 per person, per night.
