Only 1 minute walk to the glistening waters of Snapperman Beach. BASK offers complete coastal elegance in exclusive Palm Beach, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. It’s a perfect place for a weekend retreat, family holiday or just a little relaxation and rejuvenation.

Just an hour north of Sydney's CBD, BASK is perfectly positioned on renowned Iluka Road. With easy access to beaches, headland, foreshore parks, and restaurants.


The space
Beautifully appointed, the stylish beach house has a coastal retreat feeling that puts you at ease from the moment you pull up in the drive. Featuring bright, open spaces that merge seamlessly to a large outdoor entertaining area and private hedged gardens.

The ground level offers an abundance of space with both formal and informal living and dining options and an open fireplace. The large, fully equipped kitchen is the hub of the home and spills out onto a generous sun deck and alfresco area.

Upstairs you’ll find accommodation for 10 guests. The executive Master bedroom is well appointed with its own private balcony, office space and walk-in robe as well as a large ensuite. Also on this level is another living area with a fireplace and a sunroom that opens onto a large balcony overlooking the gardens.

Please note that bed 11 and 12 are best suited to children. They are fold out beds. These are only available if you have paid for 12 guests. Extra bedding is available on request. An additional $100 per guest will be incurred.

Kids can chill out in a dedicated games room with ping-pong table.

Working remotely is effortless with a fully set up office space with desk, chair and wifi.

There are 3 large bathrooms throughout and a large laundry with plenty of storage.

BASK has multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. The large BBQ area and outdoor alfresco is perfect for family gatherings.
The front lawn is level lawn and and a long driveway provides off-street parking for up to four cars.

There is ducted, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house.

The spacious front living room is equipped with a smart TV and free wifi – Netflix, Kayo and other streaming services available.

We provide;

All bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your favourite beach towel.

Sorry, no parties and no pets

Security cameras have been fitted to the front and back exterior. This is to protect our property and our neighbours. These cameras will be on during your stay

Cleaning
BASK is our family beach house that we love and take a lot of pride in maintaining. Please respect and look after the property as though it was your own. It's expected that the property is left in a clean and tidy manner. A cleaning fee of $550 is payable on every booking to cover the cost of a professional cleaner and laundering all linen and towels.

If you are staying with us on a Sunday night, we ask that you please place the council bins on the front kerb for collection.
