Our spacious 4-bedroom home offers a comfortable and practical base in Swansea, ideal for families, friends, business travellers, or larger groups. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed stays, the property combines homely comfort with all the essentials needed for both short and extended visits.

The welcoming living area provides a cosy space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Swansea or the surrounding coastline. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright conservatory dining area creates a pleasant space for enjoying meals, catching up with friends and family, or planning the day ahead with plenty of natural light.

Upstairs, the property offers four well-presented bedrooms with a flexible mix of double and single beds, making it well-suited to a variety of group arrangements. Fresh linens and storage space are provided to help guests settle in comfortably.

The modern family bathroom features a four-piece suite, offering both practicality and comfort for busy mornings or relaxing evenings. Laundry facilities are also available, making the home ideal for longer stays.

You will have full access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

The property includes a large private driveway located at the side of the house. This can comfortably accommodate up to five vehicles, making it ideal for families, groups, or contractors travelling with multiple cars or vans. Parking is free, secure, and exclusively for guest use during your stay.

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay. You will receive a message from us once you book to complete your checkin so we can share all the checkin information including access codes. You can communicate with us via your platform messaging. We also have a dedicated guest phone line open 9am-10pm daily.
