„we where very disappointed because the object did not sample to it was promised to be like. The furniture was very old , leather sofa at least 30 years old with stains. There was no kitchen as prescribed only a simple camping cook plate and a old dirty microwave. No washing machine or dryer as prescribed. „We love Ocracoke, been on and off for many years! The Charter Room had all the amenities we needed. Golf cart rental through the place was also an easy process, and we enjoyed the usage. On a quiet street just off the main area of the village. Close to everything. The rooms were very neat and the cleanliness was outstanding. Thanks for having us!“

„The cottage was perfect for how we wanted to spend our getaway. Dinners out, fishing, beach and long walks. I could make breakfast and put together lunch for our outings. It was wonderful having our dog and meeting Noodles….the owners dog who is absolutely darling. My husband and I will keep this location in our favorite file for the future!!!“

„Overall the place was perfect for what we needed! There was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff, so the place had not been fully cleaned at check-in, but the cleaning crew solved the issue without us ever having to contact the owner. All furniture was clean and comfortable. The bed frame is loud which made it difficult to bedshare with a toddler, but the mattress was comfortable!“

„This was our second stay at this peaceful, clean house and we have already booked another stay. It is on a quiet road with a roomy kitchen, comfortable dining area and family room. My favorite part is sitting in the adirondack chair with my feet in the Pamlico Sound drinking my morning coffee watching the pelicans fish. It is a favorite get-away home away from home that is an easy bike ride close to the fun shops and delicious seafood.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The views are amazing and it was the perfect place to relax. The decor is tasteful, the home very comfortable, and Melissa was very attentive and responsive. We had one issue upon check in but Melissa was quick to respond and resolve it. „Condo was perfect for the two of us with plenty of amenities, including a private pool for the condo complex. We were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked since my wife and I enjoy going to the seafood market and having fresh seafood. But we were wondering how he could offer such a place. Finally, the owner Ron was very helpful is made up his way to take care of the property, but we were not happy to spend so much money on this place,"
