To make your visit seamless, I provide freshly prepared bed linens and bathroom towels along with kitchen tea towels, upon your arrival. You’ll also find a thoughtful welcome pack, containing helpful items placed out to get you started and to ensure you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. Don't forget your beach towels!
WIFI usage during your stay is supplied at no extra costs.

With parent supervision, we welcome babies not yet crawling and children over six years old. Note. stairs no safety gates.
I do provide a baby travel cot & mattress with mattress cover, high chair & changing mat, child bowls, plates & cutlery. *Please bring your baby’s bed linen*
As the apartment is on the second floor up several flights of stairs, it may not be suitable for some.
The apartment and communal areas are no smoking which includes no vaping and candles are prohibited. We do not accept pets.
Sleeps 4 (+ cot for young baby) , Grading: excellent, chic, private under-croft parking bay on the grounds at the front of the property big enough for a 4 by 4 motor vehicle.
During your stay, you are welcome to contact me via the Vrbo booking platform or via my mobile phone should you have an emergency or need advice. My experience cleaner is contactable if you have any problems and she delivers a high standard of cleaning too.

A bit of history. The Villa was originally a single dwelling designed in 1884 by Charles T Miles, the same architect who designed Westbourne Library and several other listed buildings. The original glass stain windows exist today.
