„Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. „The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. “

„Amazing hotel! Wonderful staff and facilities.“

„The room was nice and clean, but dated but nice. One thing that did annoy me, there was a breakfast menu that u hang outside your door to get breakfast to your room. I filled it out and put it on my door and no body took the order, they slid a bar bill under my door though but didn't take the order so that wasn't great. “
