„Lovely junior garden room with a very nice view! Very cosy and dog friendly! Super food served and the staff especially Jane & Lauren were so lovely and gave super service! Would highly recommend staying or dining here!“

„Lovely location up a very narrow one track road! Room was lovely. The inside of the courtyard is done up in a lovely way and having a seating area inside and outside of the room (we were in the dairy) was lovely. Lovely little shop, nice cafe. Only downside was our shower was broken and was scorching. The owner was super quick to respond but as we were only staying one night, they couldn't fix it before we left. There was a shower block nearby for the camping area though to use.“

„Easy check in at the bar, our room was small but fine for us, the only thing lacking is a mini fridge. The hosts and locals are great, friendly and down to earth people. The food is excellent and they serve well kept beers at a reasonable price. I would definately reccomend this place and we will stay again. 👍🇬🇧 “

„Very poor quality sofa bed, should be 2 singles for adults or children.“

„Couldn’t fault a thing .. absolutely amazing place to stay 😊“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and the Kings Head es our resting place after a long adventurous walk. A very nice Spot, friendly staff. Thank you “

„Food was amazing“

„Great staff“

„The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features.“

„The room smelled badly of smoking. 🚬 staff were okay. Area was sketchy. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place.“

„Alt und ungepflegt “
