„We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.“

I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. „I have enjoyed the stay in Ludmilla’s apartment a lot. She is amazingly responsive, flexible and very helpful. Made our stay much easier, eventhough the airline didn’t deliver our bikes directly. She made the situation so much less stressful. She organized our transport to and from the airport aswell. The apartment is well priced and well located.
