Spent time in Smithfield, which I want to do again and spent a day across the river visiting Williamsburg. I also got in a little fishing! The owner was great to work with and provided tons of info to make planning my visit perfect. I highly recommend this sweet little cottage! “

„The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. „I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!“

"Es war eig alles sehr gut wenn es nicht so laut gewesen wäre; Man hörte leider jeden Schritt durch von der nächtlichen Party der Nachbarn gar nicht zu reden - aber nachdem ich um 1am dann am Frontdesk anrief hat der Security das rasch geregelt - manche Eltern haben Erziehung leider aufgegeben! Dafür konnte das Hotel zwar nichts, aber es war auch so sehr hellhörig. Schade, weil es sonst gut gepasst hat!"
