„This property was booked by Expedia as the original property booked with our trip turned out to be fraudulent. expedia arranged this quickly with the host. the property has biometric entry which we were not aware of until we arrived as this is usually done 24hours before , however the host contacted us and we got it sorted. „The couch, carpet and scatter cushions were filthy. A deep clean is urgently needed. The blind in the main room was broken and looks like it’s been stuck back on and doesn’t sit properly. Window handles are broken in the spare room. There were no dish cloths provided. The parking away from the actual accommodation is also an absolute mission along with having to collect the keys at another location. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely not as the pictures show.“

„The location on the water was very good and that is the most noteworthy thing about the accommodation. Everything looks much better in the pictures on Expedia than it actually is. Unfortunately, both the room and the furniture are very worn. The towels were yellowed and had holes. The fabric covers on the chairs were stained and had burn holes. In addition, the cleaning was superficial at best. In many corners there is dust from days long gone. It's a shame, it could be much better.“

„The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins.“

"**Hotel Review – 4/5 Stars** Excellent service throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently and with great warmth. A special mention goes to the breakfast team — thank you for your remarkable hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness each morning truly stood out and made a lasting impression. For travellers arriving by rental car, this hotel is an excellent choice: secure and easy parking, with straightforward access and departure routes. The only reason we cannot award five stars is the fitness room, where not all equipment is properly maintained, the exercise bike, for example, is broken (bent pedals). With this addressed, the hotel would fully deserve top marks. We would happily return and recommend this hotel."

"Mein Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Was ich allerdings so nicht mehr kenne aus anderen Hotels ist, dass jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt werden, obwohl ich sie aufgehängt hatte. Das fand ich etwas verschwenderisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und es gab auch Abwechslung. Allerdings wurde das Obst in den Obstschalen teilweise nicht ausgetauscht, sodass nach ein paar Tagen einige Orangen, unter Äpfeln begraben, zu schimmeln begonnen. Auch die Pancake-Maschine war am vierten Tag kaputt und wurde nicht mehr repariert. Was mir sehr gefiel war die Omelette-Station. Die Hotelbar bot zudem am Abend eine Menge Cocktails zu einem günstigen Preis an, auch wenn das Service manchmal etwas langsam war. Wir genossen trotzdem unsere Abende in der Bar und es gab auch den ein oder anderen Small Talk mit den Kellnern. Auch wenn das Hotel am Rande des CBD lag, fühlten wir uns tagsüber sicher genug um zu Fuß zum Beispiel zur V&A Waterfront zu gehen. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel bestimmt nochmal buchen"
