Surf Beach is a relaxed South Coast neighbourhood with the best of both worlds — easy beach access and close proximity to the Mogo Trails network.



The property is approximately 350 m from Surf Beach and around 3.8 km from the Mogo East trailhead, making it a great base for riding weekends and outdoor getaways.



Local shops, cafés and everyday essentials are nearby, while Batemans Bay is only a short drive away for restaurants, shopping and additional services.



Spend the day riding Mogo Trails, swimming at the beach, exploring nearby coves and coastal walks, then return home to relax and recharge for the next adventure.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla area.



For mountain bikers, the Mogo East trailhead is approximately 3.8 km from the property, making it easy to ride out for a day on the trails. Surf Beach is around 350 m away and can be easily reached on foot.



Local shops and cafés are nearby, while Batemans Bay, Mogo and other surrounding beaches are just a short drive away.

Linen is not supplied at this property. Guests must bring sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and tea towels.



Linen hire can be arranged through Blissful Bedding; guests must contact the supplier to organise it.



MTB guests: The property includes specialised bike facilities, including a lock-up workshop, racks, bike stands, maintenance tools, an air compressor, e-bike charging points, and a bike wash area.

The garage is not for vehicle parking. Parking is in the driveway.
