This lovely island has 5 bedrooms! This new room shares a hallway bathroom close by. This ocean boulevard home is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom getaway has everything you need for the perfect relaxing stay. The bright and sunny beach decor is inviting, and the scene from the street-side decks reveals uninhibited ocean views from both levels. The natural light throughout is beautiful, streaming in from the many windows that face the front and back of the home. The inverted floor plan helps maximize those views! The kitchen is spacious and welcoming, featuring stainless steel appliances, a bar seating area for two, and a dining table that accommodates eight. The large sectional sofa will be the perfect spot in the living room for movie night! The outside shower is perfect after a day in the sun and sand, as well as access to a large fenced-in backyard for games and enjoying the ocean breezes.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This lovely home is located in the Winding River community on Holden Beach, so there is access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool (located across the street at 162 Ocean Blvd East). Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy (Easter through October), but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave, and private beach access. Also, included in your stay is the use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are four day-dock slips (first-come, first-served) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy all this island community has to offer!

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
