„Everything was amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating we were with our 8 month old, and they were kind enough to get us a baby tub and a sterilizer which I really appreciated. However the pool was old and needed major maintenance, the tiles was broken all over. Other than that we loved our stay!“

„Ich war in einem zimmer mir Meerblick, aber neben an waren die klimaanlagen vom ganze Hotel! Man konnte nicht auf den Balkon es war immer Laut. Die Bestecke warren immer schmutzig musste selber reinigen, die gläser waren auch schmutzig, der Rot wein bekam man in einem Nasen unsauberen glas. Der Strand war ok. Wärde selber es niemanden empfehlen da ich schon nach 3 nächten ausgezogen bin. Gebucht waren 6 nächte. Der wasser druck in den duschen im zimmer ist für die katz. Das personal ist sehr ...

„The new concept is not as flexible as the previous one. Some renovations should be done. The platform for booking restaurants should be fine tuned and some additional training for the staff regarding consistency of food and drink quality as well as hospitality would be good. All in all it was okay but compared with our stay two years ago there is definitely room for improvement. Special commendation to the staff and food at the Orient restaurant and the front desk.“

„A lot of construction work in the area! But other than that - nice hotel and very nice staff! But … one thing we didn’t like at all: The big dining hall needs a makeover - outside and inside!!! „We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff.“

„In the middle of nowhere, near the "electricity road" there stands the Tulip Inn in Ras al Khaimah. It´s an ok hotel, parking no problem as the buildings seems to be scattered around by a Sim City player with a nervous tremor in his mouse finger. Showers are a bit mouldy, the installation ist sloppy but works. Be alarmed to be woken by the near mosque at 4:45 am. Over all it´s ok for 1-2 nights.“

„The hotel is encapsulated on both sides by active 24/7 construnction sites in the excavation stage. Excavaters work day and night with terrorfying "beepbeepbeep" every 10 seconds while moving backwards, even at 1 am in the middle of the night. There was no information in the hotel discrption when we booked. We quit after the first night and hope to get our money back for the other nights.“
