The heart of Nalu is the bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where large glass doors frame the ocean outlook and open onto the balcony.

Start your morning with a coffee overlooking the sea. Spend the day swimming, walking the beach or exploring Noosa. Then return home, pour yourself a drink and watch the ever-changing colours of the coastline from the balcony.

The living space is comfortably furnished for relaxed evenings at home and includes a Smart TV.

Air-conditioning and fans throughout the home ensure year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a leisurely dinner at home.

Nalu comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms.



Master Bedroom - A comfortable king-size bed and private ensuite create a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Second Bedroom - Two long single beds make this room ideal for children, teenagers, friends or adults travelling together.



A separate family bathroom provides additional space and convenience, making Nalu particularly comfortable for families or two couples travelling together.

There’s also a brand-new BBQ, perfect for relaxed holiday dinners. Pick up some local produce, fire up the BBQ and enjoy an easy alfresco evening at home.

With both an ocean-view balcony and private courtyard, you can choose the perfect outdoor space throughout the day.

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after the beach or enjoying a relaxed afternoon closer to home.

Start your morning with a walk along Sunrise Beach, grab a coffee at Chalet Café, explore the coastal pathway towards Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach, or simply stay home and watch the ocean from your balcony.

The coastal pathway connecting Noosa's eastern beach villages is particularly beautiful, with opportunities for whale watching during migration season.





Getting Around



Nalu is ideally located for exploring the Noosa coast, with the local bus stop only a few minutes' walk from the home.

Regular local bus services connect Sunrise Beach with Sunshine Beach, Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction and surrounding areas, making it easy to explore without always needing the car.

The beach is also within easy walking distance, and the coastal pathways provide a beautiful way to explore the surrounding beaches and villages on foot.

A car is recommended if you'd like to explore further afield, including Noosa National Park, Peregian Beach and the surrounding coastal areas.

With Noosa Heads and Hastings Street around a 10-minute drive, you can easily enjoy the restaurants, boutiques and beaches of Noosa before returning to the peaceful surrounds of Sunrise Beach.

Nature lovers will love being close to Noosa National Park, home to spectacular coastal tracks, beaches and lookouts.

The famous coastal route takes you through some of Noosa's most beautiful scenery, including Tea Tree Bay, Dolphin Point and Hell's Gates.

*A Few Things to Know

Nalu is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and enjoy the property as a peaceful coastal retreat.

The home is set across two levels and includes stairs, so guests travelling with very young children or anyone with limited mobility should take this into consideration when booking.

Sunrise Beach is an exposed eastern beach and is only seasonally patrolled. For ocean swimming, please always choose a patrolled section of beach and swim between the red and yellow flags.



Other Things to Note:

By confirming your booking, each guest agrees to abide by the Noosa Council Code of Conduct. Administration Subordinate Local Law (No. 1) 2015 – Schedule 21A Operation of short stay letting or home hosted accommodation CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUEST BEHAVIOUR 1. Each vehicle used by an occupant of the premises must— (A) be stored in a manner that does not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises; and (B) be parked within the parking facilities at the premises; 2. Each occupant of the premises who enters, uses or occupies the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not— (A) detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining, or in the vicinity of, the premises; or (B) cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or (C) display unacceptable behaviour, for example— - loud aggressive behaviour; - yelling, screaming, arguing; - excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or (D) create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise). 3. An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility; 4. Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); 5. Each occupant of the premises must store general waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of the premises in a waste container; 6. Each occupant of the premises must ensure that the premises, including the grounds of the premises, are kept in a safe and tidy condition.. 7. Noise Complaints & Call Out Fees – In the event that security or staff are required to attend the property due to noise or behaviour complaints from neighbours, you agree to pay a call out fee of $150. This will be charged via Airbnb, along with any possible fines or penalties issued as a result of the disturbance. Parking Note: There’s space for 2 cars either in the garage or directly in front of it. Please note, street parking isn’t available as it’s reserved for local residents.
