Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire 1st-floor unit. You will also have access to all shared complex amenities, including the pool, BBQ area, and sauna. Parking is convenient with a dedicated lock-up garage.



Key Collection:

After-hours key collection is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.

If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.

For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Other Things to Note:

Important Notice: Roof Top Area Works

Please be aware that roof top area works are scheduled from March 10th, 2026, and will continue through April, May, and June 2026.

During this period, temporary access restrictions and potential noise disturbances to the complex may occur.



Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26th, 2025: Linen will be supplied, but guests will need to make their own beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26th, 2025: Guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

The host provides a seamless self check-in process via a lock box. While direct interaction is minimal, support is available if needed during your stay.
