The Space:
As you step into this stunning air-conditioned seaside apartment, you’re immediately greeted by breathtaking ocean views that capture your attention. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto the balcony, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze from the outdoor dining setting. The living space features a plush chaise sofa, smart TV, and dining table, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking away from home, including a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy access to the sparkling complex pool located on the first floor, surrounded by a spacious area with artificial grass and sun lounges, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Sunshine Coast sunshine.

Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): Light-filled and offering beautiful sea views, the main bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and glass sliding doors opening directly onto the balcony.

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The modern ensuite features a shower, double vanity, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Stylish and cosy, bedroom 2 is complete with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe, plus views of the Alex pond.

Bathroom 2: The spacious second bathroom offers a double vanity and shower.

Bedroom 3: Furnished with two king single beds, this room also includes a ceiling fan, desk, monitor, charging station, built-in wardrobe and an outlook over the Alex pond.

Laundry: The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink, and a separate toilet.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment on the 3rd level accessible via a lift, along with 1 garage space and access to the complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is perfectly positioned right across the road from the stunning Alexandra Headland Beach, which stretches north toward Maroochydore. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find cosy cafes, great restaurants, the local Alex Surf Club, and an Aldi/Woolworths are just a short drive away. With nearby playgrounds, a skate park, and scenic coastal walking tracks, it’s the ideal spot to relax and explore during your getaway.

The apartment is perfectly located to explore Alexandra Headland by foot, just across the road from the beach, 500m from the patrolled beach and surf club, and only a 1.5 km walk to Cotton Tree, where you’ll find cafes and boutique shops to enjoy. To explore more of the Sunshine Coast, having a car is ideal. There are local bus services that run frequently throughout the area if needed. The nearest bus stop is approximately 300m away, located on Alexandra Parade at Okinja Road, where you can catch buses heading northbound to Maroochydore or southbound to Mooloolaba, Kawana, and Caloundra.

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
