    Two Bedroom, One Bathroom, Second Floor Apartment. Accommodates: 4 (Bedroom One: A Queen Bed; Bedroom Two: Two Single Beds) .



    The Space:

    The Location - With sensational water frontage, Aqua Linea has north facing views that take in the scenery of Noosa's sheltered Sound. This is only an 8 min walk to Hastings Street.



    The Unit - This property 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom sunny accommodation Noosa Sound overlooks the pool on the mid level and features ceiling fans, full kitchen facilities and is ceramic tiled throughout. Aqua Linea has a sunny north facing pool and a jetty to pick up and alight from a boat. (Please note that no watercrafts can be moored at the jetty). Off Street Parking is available at the front of the building but it is not behind the security gate and is not in a locked garage. There is also a lot of free parking along Noosa Pde.



    Entertainment includes Smart TV, CD Player and Free Wi-Fi.



    The kitchen is equipped with Dishwasher & Microwave. There is also a Full laundry facility



    Book this for a minimum of 5 Nights.



    Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the second floor and only has stair access.



    Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

    Please note than we are not to be held responsible for issues beyond our control and management of the property when the property is located within a complex building.

Location Plus...Very dated..

We had a 9 nights stay in this 2 bedder right on the river. Have been to this location (and the Commodore), 8 times before, but never Unit 6. We found it to be very dated inside plus the main bedroom robe was unusable because of mould build up in the drawers. The bottom 2 drawers on both sides were swollen & jambed shut. Who knows whats inside them !! Could not wear my shirts after. The cleaner came but only brushed over the insides of 2 of the top 4 drawers. Luckily my wife was able to use the spare room for her clothes. Which was fine. It is an awesome location. 10 min flat walk to Hastings, Quamby shops & restaurants 1 min. away & magnificent views of the Sound & sunsets. We will be back, however probably not Unit 6.

Aqua Linea Unit 6

Position 5 Star. Beautiful view and very peace full. Close to Hastings St. and Ferry terminal. Also Bus stop in front of building. Cleanliness of Kitchen need to improve! Otherwise a Fantastic Holiday! Can recommend .

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved our stay in Noosa. However, the service level we received doesn't match that of the past.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very pleasant and roomy 2-bedroom unit with a super view of the Noosa Sound and river. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware, TV and CD player, but no DVD player.No space in the private parking area, as the owner keeps his tinny there! But the agents allowed us to use the space of another unit which was unoccupied. There's plenty of outside parking, and it's a pretty safe area.The unit was clean and well-maintained, and all bedding and towels are provided.Lovely pool, and a jetty which you can fish from.The agency people were very helpful, although we did find their online check-in system somewhat unnecessary, as we had to call on them to get the keys anyway.Lots of restaurants nearby - The Boathouse made a great lunch venue, and is also a good place to have a drink while watching the sunset. Good dinner at Rasa in Noosaville, BYO as well!All in all, a great place for a holiday in Noosa, would definitely recommend it, also the agents who have a range of good properties in Noosa - we have been using their services since 1986!
