DAVID LOW WAY ACCESS - FAMILIES WITH TODDLERS ***
Please note that the property backs on to the David Low Way, as you can see in the photos, so may not be suitable for small toddlers, with direct access to the road from the backyard grassy knoll hill. Cars are not visible unless sitting on the grassy knoll. Noticing car noise is comparable to any regular through street (due to the property's elevation) and is non-offensive and blends in very quickly. All guests have agreed they were pleasantly surprised.

Such a wonderful location. I enjoyed making a cuppa in the morning and sitting on a chair to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Such a gift. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves. Beach access a hop skip and a jump away (across the road and down a little) Nick was a wealth of information but had a great balance of being there if needed and leave you to enjoy your time. Very good communication skills. Great laundry facilities which I liked as I stayed there a month. Very quiet location near to everything. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. 🌞

The ocean views from inside are spectacular and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an apartment with a grassy backyard facing the water. We love Noosa and found Sunrise Beach being away from the tourists, but close enough to be in Noosa, Noosaville in 10min and a few mins to Sunshine Beach. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Walk to the beach took about 3-4 mins from the backyard. Epic! Highly recommend.
